外企面試流程一般有三輪

第一輪面試

一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔(dān)任考官，他們會(huì)從你的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷出發(fā)，請(qǐng)你用英語(yǔ)做一個(gè)自我介紹。

第二輪面試

由部門主管經(jīng)理出面，這時(shí)候有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)方面的問(wèn)題成了面試的重點(diǎn)，所以英語(yǔ)面試也從個(gè)人情況轉(zhuǎn)向了專業(yè)領(lǐng)域。

How do you understand the position you are applying for?(你怎么理解你應(yīng)聘的崗位?)

參考:My understanding can be divided into two aspects. Firstly,from an overall perspective, as our companyspecializes in.... this position is likely responsible for the... aspect and play sarole in... Secondly, focusing on this specific role, we would be in charge of the... part and would aim to simplify and streamline the process from several angles to increase efficiency. That's roughly my understanding of the position.

第三輪面試

如果前面都很順利，這一輪面試一般就是和公司的總裁面對(duì)面了。

How much do you know about our company?(你對(duì)我們公司了解多少?)

參考：Prior to the interview, conducted research on the company from my personal perspective.Our company was established in... and primarily focuses on...business. This includesvarious xx products, and we have also conducted xx activities with highly positive feedback. Additionally, the position lam currently applying for is likely related to xx.l also conducted as mall survey on the products l may encounter in the future and wrote a research report, primarily focusing on xx content. This is the extent of my current knowledge.
